This is a great little gadget - and really beautiful! There wasn't much of a manual in the box, basically just a link for the smarthealth app. I'm not sure how i feel about the permissions that app asks for (it's made for a lot of different devices, so some are useless for the ring), but you can turn most of them off.



Some tips: when you first get the ring, charge it (just put it in a usb port on your computer) - this wakes the ring up. Then turn on the bluetooth on your phone/tablet and let it find the ring. And then open the app and have it find the ring. To get the app to contact the ring again and refresh the data, go to the homepage of the app and drag it down.



Heart rate and oxygen work fine. I'm not sure how accurate the blood pressure is (this function will only show up in the app menu after you connect the ring). But even if you just use it for heart rate, at this price, and being so gorgeous, i find it's well worth the money. I'm really happy with it!

just arrived. it was fully charged. I have installed the app with no problem and done some initial measurements. all numbers appear very close to the readings from my pixel watch 2 and blood pressure was similar to a reading from a dedicated BP monitor.
